According to Facebook/Meta Platform rules, we must provide a clear User Data Deletion Callback URL or data deletion instructions. If you want to delete your activities or any personal data (such as Name, Email, or WhatsApp Number) associated with our Meta/WhatsApp integrations, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data by following these steps:

1. Via WhatsApp: Send a message to our official WhatsApp number: +62 851-2431-7810 or +62 858-0093-1617.
   Please include the message: "Data Deletion Request: [Your Full Name]" and any phone number or email address associated with your data.
2. Via the Website: You can submit a request through the Contact form on our homepage. In the message section, simply state that you wish for your data to be deleted from our systems.

Processing Your Request

Once we receive your data deletion request:

• We will confirm receipt of your request.
• Your data will be permanently removed from our active databases and CRM systems.
• You will no longer receive any communications or promotional materials from us.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the complete removal of your data across all our systems.
